Are you Ready, Willing and Able?

  • Help us figure out how to help others!

First of all, thank you for agreeing to participate in this early validation of this psychometric scale. You are one of the very first 25 people to take this assessment!!

We have created this scale as the very first baby step towards a determining if an organization is Ready, Willing and Able to implement AI. The scale itself will take you about 10 minutes to complete. Please answer the questions in this assessment in reflection of your organization and yourself. There aren’t any points, wrong or right answers. We need your true thoughts to stay on the right course.

This assessment is intended to ultimately be used by entire organizations. Different sections of this assessment may be offered to key stakeholders and decision makers, while other sections may be completed to the workforce that may ultimately leverage AI technology. In order for us to perform our initial validation of these items, all items have been grouped together for now.

There are three sections to this assessment.

    Section 1 - Demographics.

We fully understand if you don’t want to include the name of the organization or agency you work for. If you want to make something up, go ahead, but if you don’t mind, include something that is reflective of the work you do in the title of your made up org. Like Czar Education, or Mordor Healthcare, or Vallhala Military. We want to keep up with you, so enter your email if you don’t mind. We won’t share individual results with anyone, but we’d love to send you aggregate data on the other side!

Section 2 - The Big Three

Next, you’ll be asked to rate yourself on the big three areas we’re measuring: Ready, Willing and Able.

Section 3 - The Actual Assessment

Finally, you’ll move onto 35-ish questions that will dig deeper into each of those areas.

Once you’ve completed those three sections, you’ll be presented with a very rudimentary graph that gives you your results.

I’ll follow up with you (provided you include your email) to collect your thoughts on the scale. I’ll be primarily interested in if you felt the items in the scale actually measured the big three areas we’re looking at, and any suggestions for item improvements!

    Thanks so much, Alicia
